摘要

当前海洋业务应用系统面临的网络安全问题日益严峻,底层基础软硬件关键技术受制于人,因此亟须对海洋云平台进行信创改造.为满足信创建设和海洋业务需求,本文从基础设施、技术支撑、数据管理和应用管理等方面进行总体架构设计,提出了基于信创环境的海洋云平台.实际应用表明,信创海洋云平台向下可兼容芯片、服务器和操作系统等各类信创软硬件,向上能提供可信的计算、存储和网络等服务,切实保障了海洋业务应用系统安全稳定运行,推动了信创产业在海洋信息化领域的发展.

Abstract

At present,the marine business application systems are facing increasingly severe cybersecurity issues,with the key hardware and software technologies being controlled by others.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out IT application and innovation transformations on marine cloud platform.In order to meet the needs of IT application and innovation construction for marine business,this paper presents the overall architecture design including information infrastructure,technical support,data management,and application management,also puts forward the marine cloud platform based on IT application and innovation environment.The practical application shows that IT application and innovation marine cloud platform not only can be downward compatible with various types of IT application and innovation software and hardware,such as chips,servers,and operating systems,but also can provide upward trusted services to support computing,storage,and network.It effectively ensures the safe and stable operation of marine business application systems,and promotes the development of IT application and innovation industry in the marine information field.
