A NEW RECORD SPECIES OF ANTEAEOLIDIELLA FROM CHINA(GASTROPODA,NUDIBRANCHIA,AEOLIDIIDAE)
Based on the Nudibranch specimens collected from the intertidal zone of Sanya in the Marine Biological Museum of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Anteaeolidiella fijensis Carmona,Bhave,Salunkhe,Pola,Gosliner &Cervera,2014 was identified, which is a species that has not been previously reported in China. In this study, the morphology was studied and internal anatomy of the specimen was examined using light and scanning electron microscopies. The Bayesian inference and maximum likelihood were used to reconstruct the phylogenetic trees of the genus Anteaeolidiella based on two mitochondrial(COI,16S rRNA)and nuclear(H3)genes.ABGD and bPTP species delimitation analyses supported this conclusion. The discovery of Anteaeolidiella fijensis further indicates that this species has a very wide distribution range in the Indo-Western Pacific, which is of great value for studying dispersal and evolution of species in the Indo-Western Pacific.
