Practical Exploration on the Reform of Teaching Supervision Operation Mechanism of Secondary Colleges in Universities
Building a scientific and effective teaching supervision and operation mechanism is an inherent requirement for ensuring and improving the teaching quality of schools in universities.However,teaching supervision and operation mechanisms of many secondary colleges in reality have prominent problems in the subject level,object level,interaction between subject and object,and their functional implementation.Taking the School of Economics and Management of Huizhou University as an example,the"five-in-one"teaching supervision and operation mechanism has been condensed.On this basis,the following suggestions are proposed on how to further im-prove the operating mechanism of teaching supervision in secondary colleges:enhance the achievement of talent cultivation goals as the guide,strengthen the top-level design of the operating mechanism of teaching supervision;focus on improving the professionalization level of teaching supervisors,improve the management mechanism of teaching supervision teams;based on the development of scientific and effective evaluation standards,improve the mechanism for evaluating teaching supervision grades;with the support of strengthening collaboration and linkage,improve the mechanism for collecting,provide feedback,and apply teaching supervision information.
