Practice Shortcoming and Model Innovation in the Cultivation of Special Rule-of-law Professionals
The innovation of legal education model,focusing on cultivating high-level international and compound Special Rule-of-law Professionals is the requisite of promoting the integrated development of domestic industries,coordination between domestic legal sys-tem and foreign-related rule of law,and participation in global governance.At this stage,the supply of Special Rule-of-law Profession-als is insufficient.There are other problems such as the imbalance of educational resources,generally single training mode,the barriers to teacher transfer,the improper curriculum system,the dated teaching method,and the absence of an exclusive quality evaluation sys-tem.On the premise of implementing a high-level cultivation requirements,it is necessary to enrich the talent cultivation model,select excellent teachers and students,set up the curriculum system scientifically,build a student-centered education,and rely on the design and operation of a dedicated quality evaluation system for Special Rule-of-law Professionals,thereby promoting the construction and implementation of a scientific and effective talent cultivation model.
