The Construction and Application of Target Free Mode in the Evaluation of Practical Teaching in Universities
In response to the problems that college teachers are prone to encounter in the evaluation of practical teaching,such as lack of rigor in assessment,loose management,and unsuitable assessment methods,this paper draws on the evaluation model of goal free mode and combines the characteristics of practical teaching to construct a goal free mode of college practical teaching evaluation with"pre evaluation,follow-up evaluation,post evaluation"as the core.The application of this model has its specific threshold,requiring multi-party collaboration and integration of teaching resources,adhering to the teaching philosophy of"student-centered",and pro-moting pilot projects while conducting preliminary research.
