Based on the survey data of Luofu Mountain homestay in Huizhou,and the advantages of Luofu Mountain's policy,econo-my,transportation location and health care resources,this paper analyzes the existing problems of Luofu Mountain homestay in the as-pects of management characteristics,industrial integration and specific design,and puts forward development countermeasures to help the differentiated development of Luofu Mountain homestay and build the Luofu Mountain homestay brand.
