Building an art-friendly community is to use expressive art to promote community residents to take care of themselves and others,so as to reduce the contradictions in community governance,form community characteristics with real social interaction and cohesion,and create a more dynamic community atmosphere.Based on the artistic perspective,this paper explores the influence of cultural means,a new management means,on the innovation of community governance path by using in-depth interviews and practical investigation methods,including meeting the growing cultural needs of residents,weakening community contradictions and improving autonomy.Focusing on the perspective of art empowering community governance,the community has demonstrates three approaches to build an interactive platform for community residents,build a unique community atmosphere by relying on cultural means,and reduce contradictions in community governance,so as to promote the improvement of the degree of autonomy of community governance and the diversification of governance paths.
