The Investigation of The Status Quo and Quality Improvement Strategies of S Museum Study Trip
Museums inherently embody the dual role of being both centers for scientific inquiry and hubs for educational endeavors,playing a pivotal role in societal education.Their abundant collection resources and high-quality spatial ambiance make them ideal venues for study tours.However,the surge in demand has uncovered a series of inherent supply challenges.Taking the S Museum as a case study,this research aims to investigate the issues plaguing current study tours at the institution through online text analysis,non-participatory observations,and in-depth interviews with relevant staff.Building upon these insights,the paper proposes strategies to enhance the research tour experience at the S Museum.These strategies include optimizing the spatial layout of research tour areas,in-novating curriculum content for study tours,co-creating engaging study tour activities,nurturing skilled tour guides through diverse training channels,and enriching the thematic scope of study tour offerings.By addressing these challenges and implementing targeted improvements,the research seeks to elevate the quality and impact of study tours at the S Museum,fostering a more enriching and ed-ucational experience for visitors.
