惠州水东街街区目前属于保存欠佳型历史街区.通过对惠州水东街街区改造前后的问题与矛盾、改造过程中已采取的措施等保存现状的论述,着重分析惠州水东街街区蕴含的建筑价值、民俗价值、审美价值等文化价值,提出进一步完善水东街街区保护规划、多方筹措保护专项资金、完善专项保护资金监管体制、探索合理的利益联结机制等五个方面保存策略.
Abstract
Based on the current status of the Shuidong Street area in Huizhou,which is currently categorized as a poorly preserved historical district,this article discusses the issues and contradictions before and after the transformation of Shuidong Street.It elaborates on the measures taken during the transformation process,emphasizing the cultural values embodied in the Shuidong Street area,including architectural,folk,and aesthetic values.The article proposes five aspects for implementing preservation strategies for the Shuidong Street area in Huizhou:Further improving the protection planning,mobilizing various sources of special protection funds,enhancing the regulatory system for special protection funds,exploring a reasonable mechanism for interest alignment,and implementing conservation strategies.
