Prevalence,Determinants,and Interventions of State-Funded Normal Students' Breaching Behaviors
State-funded normal students'breaching behaviors are currently featured by increasing populations,breaching upon gradu-ation,the prevalence in under-developing areas,and highly in master students.The reasons for state-funded normal students'breach-ing choice are mainly attributed to limited career development,hinders from family and social integration,lack of qualification,and slight punishment.The strategies for preventing this illegal behavior can be implemented by enhancing the degrees of policy matching,regulation,and publicity,fostering those cohorts'contract spirit,professional capacity,and career competency,paying more attention to their identity belonging,work achievement,and career accomplishment,and emphasizing state-funded normal students'purity,representativeness,and contemporality.
