On the Challenges and Stages of Professional Growth of Highly Educated Kindergarten Teachers
To explore the professional challenges and growth paths of highly educated kindergarten teachers,seven kindergarten teachers with master's degrees were selected as the research objects for semi-structured interviews.The study found that highly educat-ed kindergarten teachers have challenges in understanding their advantages and disadvantages,clarifying the relationship and differ-ences between educational theory and educational practice,and applying and transforming educational theory.In addition,the profes-sional development of highly educated kindergarten teachers will present four stages:introduction and adaptation stage,knowledge transformation and application stage,professional role shaping stage,cross-disciplinary cooperation,and innovation stage.At each stage,they will play different roles.Based on this,society needs to improve the training mechanism for highly educated kindergarten teachers and increase research support for highly educated kindergarten teachers.In addition,kindergartens can also set up special re-search teams and develop a more flexible working system to create a more favorable professional development environment for highly educated kindergarten teachers.
