An Explanation in Ideological and Political Education of the Proposition of "Taking the Law as a Rhetoric"
The central essence of Professor Chen Jinzhao's theory of"taking law as a rhetorical"lies in improving the discourse of the"rule of law"itself, which is the core of social governance, and especially avoiding the use of other discourse systems such as moral rhetoric and political rhetoric within the scope of the law. From a traditional perspective, ideological and political education,as an im-portant way to enhance the identification of"mainstream ideology",has the nature of"discipline",which often adopts political, moral, and ethical rhetoric, and lacks the construction of discourse system for"the rule of law"education. Therefore, how to incorporate the"rule of law"into ideological and political education activities with ideological discipline, and then construct an ideological and political education discipline position of"treating the rule of law as virtue"in the sense of education itself,is a key link to achieve standardiza-tion,systematization,and multi-dimensional ideological and political education.
