The Exploration and Practice of Social Work Participating in College Student Community Service:Taking H college as an example
Taking the H College Student Community Service Center as an example,this article analyzes the roles of social-work in par-ticipating in university student community services,including intermediaries,professional service providers,community educators,stu-dent management assistants,and student community governance advocates.Specific methods include establishing a needs assessment mechanism,providing professional services,cultivating community volunteer teams,assisting student management work,creating a community cultural atmosphere,assisting community party building,and promoting student community governance.The exploration of H college faces difficulties such as the need to improve the linkage mechanism between the student work team and the social work team,the absence of an online social work service platform,the need to integrate social work service resources,the need to strengthen social work publicity efforts,and the need to stimulate student community participation motivation.Suggest improving the linkage mechanism between the student work team and the social work team,establishing a"professional social worker+social work profession"community service team,building an online social work service platform,and increasing social work publicity efforts to promote student community participation.
