Research on the Promotion of Employment and Income Increase for Rural Disabled Families by the Supply and Marketing Cooperative System:Taking the"Supply and Marketing Farm Production Cooperative"in Boluo County,Huizhou City as an Example
The"Supply and Marketing Farm Production Cooperative"in Boluo County,Huizhou City,provides a good case for analyzing the interactive mechanism between the comprehensive reform of the supply and marketing cooperative system and the employment or income increase of rural disabled families.Research has found that their compatibility lies in the quasi-social enterprise nature of the supply and marketing farm production cooperative,which is specifically manifested as the construction purpose of pursuing economic and social integration,linking village collectives and small and medium-sized farmers as the main target of joining the organization,absorbing flexible employment for vulnerable groups as an important form of employment,and enhancing overall rural welfare through overlapping projects as a spillover effect.Guided by the perspective of embeddedness,we attempt to establish an effective guarantee mechanism for the supply and marketing cooperative system to promote employment and income growth for rural families with disabili-ties,that is,to shape an institutional embedding mechanism that guides them to overcome welfare damage traps,establish a subject em-bedding mechanism that encourages the subjectivity of rural families with disabilities,improve the formal embedding mechanism that promotes the expansion of diverse forms of employment,and build an industry embedding mechanism that radiates diverse industries to drive income growth.
