Feasibility analysis of modern civil porous media gas cooker for stable combustion
With the improvement of people's quality of life, the requirements for energy saving and emission reduction of civil gas stoves are constantly increasing, and higher standards are putting forward for their combustion performance. The feasibility of stable combustion of modern civil porous media gas stove was experimentally studied by using a self-built experimental device system. The results show that after the ignition of the porous media gas stove, the combustion flame has undergone three stages in turn:Surface combustion at the initial ignition, upstream propagation, and combustion flame interface stability. After the combustion flame interface is stable, the porous media gas stove can achieve stable combustion. The surface temperature distribution on the porous media of the gas stove is very uniform. The temperature gradient is small. The CO emission concentration can be stabilized at about 18 ppm,the NO emission concentration can be stabilized at about 3 ppm,and the thermal efficiency can reach 64%.Experimental results verify the high efficiency of stable combustion of porous media gas stove, which provides a research basis for further research and development of porous media civil gas stove.
