生成式AI用户沉迷的成因研究:认知-情感-意向视角

以ChatGPT为代表的生成式AI的爆发式增长,在吸引大量用户注册使用的同时也带来了用户沉迷问题,这可能会影响其持续健康发展.基于认知-情感-意向框架构建模型,采用结构方程模型和模糊集定性比较分析混合方法进行分析.研究结果发现,生成式AI特征包括感知拟人化、感知交互性、感知智能、感知个性化影响沉浸体验和依恋,进而导致用户沉迷.模糊集定性比较分析结果发现了三个引发生成式AI用户沉迷的构型,其中沉浸体验和依恋是共同核心条件.研究结果启示生成式AI企业需要采取措施抑制用户过度的沉浸和依恋情绪,从而防止其沉迷行为,确保生成式AI的健康发展.
A Cause Analysis of Generative AI Users'Addiction:A Perspective from Cognition-Affect-Conation
The explosive growth of generative AI represented by ChatGPT attracts a large number of users to register and use,but also brings problems such as users'addiction,which may affect its healthy sustainable development.This research develops a model based on Cognition-Affect-Conation and analyzes the data via an approach of combining structural equation model and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis.The results indicate that the features of generative AI including perceived anthropomorphism,perceived interactivity,perceived intelligence and perceived personalization influence flow experience and attachment,both of which lead to users'addiction.The fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis reveals three configurations that trigger ad-diction,among which flow experience and attachment are the common core conditions.The research findings imply that generative AI companies need to curb users'excessive immersion and attachment in order to prevent their addiction,thus ensuring the sound development of generative AI.
