摘要
以金融学类专业核心课程"金融学"为例,在"课程思政"建设实践探索中形成"思政元素-师资队伍-教学方法-教学评价""四位一体"建设模式.其中,思政元素是中介桥梁,教师队伍是关键因素,教学方法是"工具箱",教学评价是测量教学质量、教学效果的重要尺度.金融类专业课程"课程思政""四位一体"建设模式的独特优势集中表征为有利于激活全员育人功能、发挥全程育人作用和构建全方位育人格局.立足"四位一体""课程思政"建设模式,亟待从坚持顶层设计与基层创新相结合、创新面向对象的教学方法"工具箱"、构建"学科-专业-课程"协同共建格局、构建"教-研-赛"良性互促机制四重维度精准施策,推进金融类专业课程"课程思政"建设模式的迭代升级.
Abstract
Based on the example of the core course"Finance"of finance specialty,the"Four-in-One"mode of"ideological and political elements-teaching staff-teaching methods-teaching evaluation"is formed in the practical exploration of"curriculum ideological and political"construction.The ideological and political elements are the intermediary bridge,the teaching staff is the key factor,the teaching method is the'toolbox',and the teaching evaluation is an important scale to measure the teaching quality and teaching effect.The unique advantages of the"Four-in-One"mode pare characterized by the fact that it is conducive to activating the function of all-round education,giving full play to the role of whole-process education and building an all-round education pattern.It is urgent to accurately implement the four dimensions of adhering to the combi-nation of top-level design and grassroots innovation,innovating the object-oriented teaching method"toolbox",constructing the"discipline-major-curriculum"collaborative construction pattern,and constructing the"teach-ing-research-competition"benign mutual promotion mechanism,so as to promote the iterative upgrading of the"curriculum ideological and political"construction mode of coursesof financial specialty.
