Study on gelatin/sodium alginate/silk fibroin/chitosan cartilage scaffold
In order to solve the problem of different internal structure and component distribution of natural cartilage,a kind of tissue engineering scaffold which is more close to the layered structure and properties of natural cartilage was designed.Firstly,the gradient changes of the two main components of the extracellular matrix in the layered structure of cartilage were simulated.Secondly,an ion-low temperature double crosslinking system was designed for adjusting the performance of the gradient proportional ink.Finally,3 D printing technology was used to construct both the internal structure and the external morphology of the scaffold,and its various properties were characterized,and a kind of tissue engineering scaffold which can simulate the characteristics of cartilage gradient and has excellent functions was obtained.
