A Study on the Risk Influencing Factors of Intellectual Property Pledge Financing:A Perspective from System Dynamics
Intellectual property(IP)pledge financing operates within a multivariable systemic mechanism, where various stakeholders and subjects are interconnected through complex feedback loops.Identifying the risks associated with IP pledge financing from a systemic perspective is of significant value. This paper charac-terizes the risks of IP pledge financing from five dimensions:enterprises,banks,third-party institutions, government, and the IP itself. It employs the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to establish indicator weights and construct a risk identification model, illustrating the interplay and feedback mechanisms among subsys-tems,followed by simulation using a system dynamics model. The study finds that the risks in IP pledge finan-cing are complex and require consideration of overall risks, without overlooking the indirect effects of variables through systemic feedback mechanisms. Moreover, simulation results indicate that economic policies have mul-tiple feedback mechanisms on systemic risks, with instability exacerbating risks, while effective incentives and risk compensation measures contribute to the development of IP pledge financing activities.
