A Memoryless Behavioral Model Based on Power Amplifier AM-PM Distortion
A memoryless nonlinear behavioral model is proposed for characterizing the amplitude-modulation-to-phase-modulation(AM-PM)of various power amplifiers(PAs).This model integrates polynomial modeling, optimization, and segmentation methods to mitigate errors in existing AM-PM models when dealing with specific types of PAs.By incorporating simulation results and comparing them with data from the literature and other well-known behavioral models, the proposed model demonstrates a simpler algorithm with superior accuracy, thereby offering possibilities for optimizing the design of PAs.
