A small capacity distributed energy aggregation method considering the incorporation of clustering process
A large number of small-capacity distributed energy sources can provide scheduling services for the power grids, but they can also impose a management burden. For this reason, this paper proposes a distributed energy aggregation method based on homogeneous polyhedral approximation.Firstly,a generalized feasible domain model of distributed energy sources is established, and the feasible domain model of the aggregator is obtained by finding the Minkowski sum between different distributed energy sources. Then,a method based on homogeneous polyhedral approximation is used to simplify the solution of the Minkowski sum. Finally, appropriate clustering operations are considered in the context of a large number of heterogeneous parametric distributed energy sources aggregated to improve the overall approximation accuracy.Experimental analysis demonstrated the effectiveness and the advantages of the proposed method.
