Research on Sustainable Development of New R&D Institutions——Taking Hangzhou Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Center,Zhejiang University as an Example
The sustainable development of New R&D Institutions is the objective demand of innovation-driven development strategy.In recent years,many places built some kind of New R&D Institutions,focusing on the innovation of institutional mechanisms and aiming to connect the innovative value chain.As an independent subject,how to keep on self-growth,become stronger and at last get the ability to realize self-hematopoiesis is a burning issue for New R&D Institutions.Taking the example of ZJU-Hangzhou Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Center,this article systematically analyses the inside operational mechanisms and the outside coordinated development of already existed New R&D Institutions in and abroad,in order to explo the sustainable trails for New R&D Institutions.
