This paper takes local universities in Shanghai,Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province as the research object,and summarizes the status quo and existing problems of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in local universities in Zhejiang Province by analyzing and comparing the input and output of scientific and technological achievements of local universities in the three provinces and cities according to the《Compilation of Scientific and Technological Statistical Data of Universities and Colleges》from 2018 to 2022.The aim is to deepen the understanding of the transformation of innovation achievements in universities and research institutes,and finally put forward policy suggestions to promote the reform of the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements,so as to provide decision-making reference for promoting the high-quality economic development of Zhejiang Province.
