Hangzhou has always been committed to urban innovation.Conducting research on the interaction among education,technology and talent at the urban scale is of great significance for enhancing the comprehensive innovation capacity of cities and achieving sustainable development.This study,focusing on the integrated development of education,technology and talent in Hangzhou,uses a coupling analysis model to deeply analyze the coupling mechanism and current development status of education,technology and talent.In response to the current main development issues,it is proposed that the future of Hangzhou's innovative city construction should:1.form an integrated development model of"dual wheel drive to joint progress";2.build an evaluation system and indicators for the integrated development of education,technology and talent,guiding the direction of innovation development;3.establish a multi-party collaborative governance system to enhance comprehensive innovation governance capabilities.This study aims to further improve the integrated construction of education,technology and talent in Hangzhou,so as to provide scientific basis for enhancing its urban innovation sustainability.
