摘要
科技成果转化是建设科技强国的着力点,概念验证中心是科技成果转化的重要环节,得到学术界的高度关注和研究.概念验证中心的定义分为三类:新型组织模式、可行性验证平台和成果转化平台.通过对国内外研究的梳理,本文提出概念验证中心的功能,即技术评估、创新指导、融资助力和教育培训.概念验证中心发挥了加速科学创新到技术创新、助推科技成果转化和夯实科技创新基础的作用.概念验证中心对成果转化方案的技术、生产、投融资和商业可行性进行全面分析,并提供所需的资源和服务,促进方案的优化、迭代和转化.最后,提出进一步发展概念验证中心的建议,希望在政府引领、完善流程、人才培养和组织管理体系创新方面进行强化和突破.
Abstract
To building a Scientific and Technological Powerhouse should be focused on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,The proof-of-concept center is an important link in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and has received high attention and research from the academic community.The definition of the proof-of-concept center is divided into three categories:new organizational model,feasibility verification platform,and achievement transformation platform.Through the literature combing of domestic and foreign research,the functions of the proof-of-concept center are proposed,namely technology assessment,innovation guidance,financing assistance,and education and training.The proof-of-concept center plays a role in accelerating scientific innovation to technological innovation,boosting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and consolidating the foundation of technological innovation.The proof-of-concept center conducts a comprehensive analysis of the technology,production,investment,financing,and commercial feasibility of the achievement transformation plan,and provides the required resources and services to promote the optimization,iteration,and transformation of the plan.Finally,suggestions are put forward for the further development of the proof-of-concept center,hoping to strengthen and make breakthroughs in government leadership,process improvement,talent training,and organizational management system innovation.
