摘要
以科技现代化支撑引领新质生产力发展,需要强化硬核科技企业的科技创新主体地位.本文围绕浙江省硬核科技企业发展的现状,重点比较分析了浙江与兄弟省市存在的差距和发展障碍,在此基础上分别从硬核企业基础研究、科技成果转化氛围、硬核科技企业梯队建设和各类要素提升等方面提出对策建议.
Abstract
To lead the development of new quality productivity with the support of scientific and technological modernization,it is necessary to strengthen the main position of hard-core scientific and technological enterprises.Focusing on the present situa-tion of the development of hard-core science and technology enterprises in Zhejiang Province,this paper focuses on the com-parative analysis of the gap and development obstacles between Zhejiang Province and its brother provinces and cities,and on this basis,puts forward policy suggestions from the perspectives of basic research of hard-core enterprises,transformation atmo-sphere of scientific and technological achievements,echelon construction of hard-core science and technology enterprises and promotion of various factors.
