基于专利计量的杭州量子信息技术发展现状研究

摘要
量子信息技术是抢占未来竞争优势的颠覆性技术之一,已成为大国间开展科技、经济等综合国力竞争,维护国家技术主权与发展主动权的战略制高点之一[1].近年来,杭州的量子信息技术领域发明专利申请量整体呈上升趋势,但在量子计算领域的专利布局较少,绝大多数量子信息技术领域的中小企业创新能力不足,企业持续创新能力有待提升,需要进一步加强量子计算领域的专利布局,提升量子信息技术中小企业创新能力,营造鼓励量子信息技术企业持续创新的良好氛围.
Abstract
Quantum information technology is one of the disruptive technologies to seize the competitive advantages in the fu-ture.It has become one of the strategic commanding heights for major powers to carry out comprehensive national competition in science,technology and economy,and to safeguard national technological sovereignty and development initiative.In recent years,the number of invention patent applications of quantum information technology in Hangzhou has been on the rise as a whole,but there are few patents in the field of quantum computing.The innovation ability of most small and medium-sized en-terprises in quantum information technology is insufficient,and the continuous innovation ability of enterprises needs to be im-proved.It is necessary to further strengthen the patent layout on quantum computing,and improve the innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in quantum information technology,and create a good atmosphere to encourage sustainable inno-vation of quantum information technology enterprises.
