摘要
科技自立自强事关国家长远发展,而高质量科技成果转化有助于实现高水平科技自立自强,也是形成新质生产力的重要途径.本文在总结分析杭州市科技成果转化现有主要模式的基础上,深入剖析了当前科技成果转化模式存在的问题,从"资源性"聚合、"体系化"发力、"大模型"支撑、"政策性"引导等四个方面提出可优化的对策建议,以期为杭州科技成果转化工作献计献策.
Abstract
The self-reliance and self-improvement of science and technology are related to the country's long-term develop-ment,and the transformation of high-quality scientific and technological achievements can help realize high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement.It is also an important way to form new quality productive forces.This paper summarizes and analyzes the existing main modes of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hangzhou and analyzes the problems of the current mode of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Then,the paper puts forward four aspects,namely,"resourceful"aggregation,"systematic"force,"large model"support,"policy"guidance and so on,which can contribute to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
