The comprehensive National Science Center is an important platform for national competition in the field of science and technology,and also a crucial basic platform for coordinating the integrated reform of the system and mechanism of education technology and talents.The innovation strength of Hangzhou city keeps surging in recent years,and it is actively integrating into the national strategic science and technology forces layout with establishing the comprehensive national science center.This paper analyzes the construction situation and experience of compre-hensive national science centers,and makes a comparative analysis of comprehensive national science center con-struction cities aroud education,technology,talent,and future industries.It also puts forward policy suggestions for Hangzhou to speed up the establishment of comprehensive national science center.
