Research on smoke alarm with anti-interference based on dual-wavelength photoelectric sensor
Promoting the technological advancement of fire detectors and sensors is crucial for ensuring the safety of lives and properties.Currently, mainstream independent smoke fire detectors heavily rely on single wavelength spectrum and smoke action information for fire alarms, which poses challenges in terms of limited sensitivity and susceptibility to interference.Based on Mie scattering theory of spherical particles, this paper proposes an improved dual-wavelength smoke detection method, which can reduce false positives by measuring the difference of scattered light through anti-interference logic operation. This technology improves the anti-interference of photoelectric sensing devices to non-fire factors, has excellent anti-interference ability for dust and mist, and has a high sensitivity for fire information detection. The sensitivity to fire smoke reaches 0.21 dB/m.Under the saturated smoke concentration, the smoke response time of the detector is about 3 s,realizing the ability of rapid response to smoke.
