The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a comprehensive deployment to improve the system and mechanism for integrated urban-ru-ral development.It emphasizes the need to coordinate new industrialization,new urbanization and compre-hensive rural revitalization.This directive provides clear guidance and sets higher requirements for pro-moting comprehensive rural revitalization and rural modernization in the new era and on the new journey of advancing Chinese-style modernization.To further deepen reforms comprehensively and effectively promote comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,it is essential to focus on the direction determined by further deepening reform comprehensively and continuously advance comprehensive revitalization of ru-ral areas.Emphasis should be placed on the integration of reform systems,coordinating and improving"three rural"levels,and promoting integrated development of urban and rural areas.Attention must be given to key points of reform,maintaining the"two bottom lines",consolidating the joint force of revital-ization,and solidifying the foundation and momentum for advancing comprehensive rural revitalization.Additionally,it is crucial to adhere to the reform principles of comprehensive rural revitalization under the vision of urban-rural integration development,and follow the path of rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics.
