On the Cause of the Formation of Desert and Its Countermeasures
This paper believes that the main reasons of the forma tion of desert a re the wrong direction of the statistic characteristic, which is centered on GNP and the improper ecology governing system. And this paper puts forward three co untermeasures: one, replace the traditional GNP with green GNP; two, increase financial support; three, develop the industry of controlling sands disaster.
