Biodiversity on birds of important wetlands in Huaihe river basin in Anhui, China
The birds of important wetland in Huaihe river basin in Anhui were surveyed with the method of fixed point,line intercept and visit investigation, a total of 146 species of birds, belong to 15 orders and 48 families were recorded. Of them, there are 53 winter migrant species, 42 summer migrant species, 37 residents and 14 travellers; 77 palaeartic species, 23 oridetal species and 46 widely distributive species; 31 natatorial bird,34 wading bird,8 terrestrial bird, 11 scansorial bird, 10 raptorial bird and 52 songbird. Analysis showed that there are many protected birds, an abundance of water birds, and have more types of forest birds and brush birds in these areas. There are most birds species in Nu shanhu lake than that in the other wetlands, the G-index, F-index and G-F index of the Nu shanhu lake are highest,and the more geographical position between the two wetlands, the smaller is the similarity coefficient.
