Theoretical logic and mechanisms of tourism-driven rural governance from the perspective of urban-rural equivalence
Rural tourism is an important path for rural revitalization, and rural governance is the core content of rural revitalization. The tourism-driven rural governance has been continuously emphasized in practice and theoretical research, but exploration of its theoretical logic and mechanisms has yet to be deepened. In this article the theoretical logic and mechanisms of tourism-driven urban-rural factor flow to improve rural governance from the perspective of urban-rural equivalence were analyzed. Results are as follows.1)Rural tourism can break the boundaries of rural governance, bridge the flow of urban and rural factors, and promote rural governance by facilitating the two-way circulation of urban and rural factors.2)In the context of urban-rural equivalence, rural tourism adjusts the flow of factors such as land, talent, capital, culture, ecology, and technology between urban and rural areas, generating responses at the level of rural governance and contributing to the achievement of diverse goals in rural economy, society, culture, ecology, and politics.3)To maximize the positive contribution of tourism-driven rural governance,it is necessary to consider the actual development of rural tourism and place it within the framework of coordinated urban-rural development.
