The mechanism of the influence of returning migrant workers'rural tourism entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial well-being:an empirical study based on chain mediation effect
The tourism entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers creates a large number of jobs in the countryside,which makes the countryside vitality increasing and brings contribution and value to economic and social development.In this study,an empirical research was conducted on how the motivation of returned migrant workers in rural tourism entrepreneurship affects the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial well-being through a first-hand questionnaire of 321 returned migrant workers in rural tourism entrepreneurship,using multiple regression analysis and Bootstrap mediation test.The results show that rural tourism entrepreneurial well-being and entrepreneurial self-efficacy of returned rural migrant workers are at a medium-high level.Entrepreneurial motivation can significantly affect entrepreneurial well-being.Entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial self-efficacy are the mediating variables of entrepreneurial motivation to enhance entrepreneurial well-being,and there is a chain mediating effect between the two.The survival entrepreneurial motivation of rural tourism of returned migrant workers has a fully mediating effect on entrepreneurial well-being,and the opportunity entrepreneurial motivation has a partially mediating effect on entrepreneurial well-being.Motivation is a partial mediating effect on entrepreneurial well-being,and opportunistic entrepreneurial motivation has higher entrepreneurial well-being than survival entrepreneurial motivation of returned migrant workers.
