In order to study the energy release of gallium-based liquid metal(GLM)-Al-fluoropolymers,GLM-Al with GLM mass friction of 1%,3%,5%,7%was prepared, and GLM-Al-fluoropolymer composite reactive materials were obtained by 3D printing. The microstructure, combustion performance and mechanical properties of GLM-Al and GLM-Al-fluoropolymers were tested by SEM,EDS,XRD,XPS,DSC-TG,high-speed video camera and universal tensile test equipments. The results show that the heat release and the oxidation weight increase of GLM-Al modified with 3%GLM is the largest, which is 6 181 J/g and 42.92%,respectively.Al-fluoropolymers before modification cannot be ignited, but the modified GLM-Al-fluoropolymer can be ignited and can continuour to burn stably, with the maximum burning rate of 6.0mm/s at equivalence ratio of 3.5.and the tensile strength and elongation of GLM-Al-fluoropolymers at break are the largest of 1.73 MPa and 11486%,respectively,which are 1.5 times and 1.3 times higher than that of Al-fluoropolymers before modification.
