On the Property Rights Initiative of Cultivating Craftsmanship Spirit in China's Manufacturing Industry
The craftsmanship spirit has a profound impact on"Made in China 2025"and is an important driving force for China's manufacturing indus-try to go global.Currently,the craftsmanship spirit is extremely lacking in China and urgently needs to be vigorously cultivated.There is a close con-nection between property rights theory and the craftsmanship spirit,which is one of the theoretical foundations for cultivating craftsmanship spirit.The education sector in our country has not fully recognized the property rights value contained in the craftsmanship spirit,which hinders the growth of the craftsmanship spirit.Cultivating craftsmanship spirit in large-scale manufacturing industry requires the protection of property rights,reasonable allocation of initial property rights for process skills,reduction of transaction costs and active exploration of property rights incentives for craftsmanship spirit under public ownership.
