创业大学生诚信意识的培育与优化路径研究

摘要
当前,部分创业大学生对诚信道德不够重视,在创业过程中往往因各种情况而产生失信行为.高校不能只关注创业大学生的创业技能和创业成效,更要重视对他们的创业诚信意识培育.培育创业大学生的诚信意识需要隐性要素与显性要素相互关联、耦合协同的生态系统的支持.高校应重视对创业大学生的创业诚信意识培育,完善相关培育体系,优化诚信意识培育的信息沟通环境,以强化创业大学生诚信意识,提高大学生创业成功率.
Abstract
Currently,some entrepreneurial college students do not attach enough importance to their integrity morality,and often engage in dishonest behavior during the entrepreneurial process due to various circumstances.Colleges and universities should not only focus on the en-trepreneurial skills and performance of entrepreneurial college students,but also pay more attention to the cultivation of their entrepreneurial integrity awareness.The cultivation of integrity awareness among entrepreneurial college students requires an eco-system support that cou-ples and coordinates implicit and explicit elements.Colleges and universities should attach great importance to the cultivation of entrepre-neurial integrity awareness among entrepreneurial college students,improve relevant cultivation systems,optimize the information commu-nication environment for cultivating integrity awareness,to strengthen the integrity awareness of entrepreneurial college students and im-prove the success rate of college students in entrepreneurship.
