摘要
就业育人是高校"三全育人"综合改革的重要组成部分.辅导员在就业育人工作中发挥着重要的作用,扮演着"串联者""护航者""筑基者"等角色,但也面临着角色认知模糊、角色多重过载以及角色动力不足等角色困境.为此,高校应从抓好政策落实、完善机制建设、强化自我认知等方面,引导辅导员突破就业育人角色困境,更好地促进就业指导服务与思想政治教育深度融合、有机融合.
Abstract
Employment education is an important component of the comprehensive reform of"three-whole education"in colleges and univer-sities.Counselors play an important role in employment education work,such as"communicators""protectors"and"builders".However,they also face role dilemma such as unclear role cognition,multiple role overload and insufficient role motivation.Therefore,colleges and u-niversities should guide counselors to break through the dilemma of employment education role by implementing policies,improving mecha-nism construction and strengthening self-awareness,in order to better promote the deep and organic integration of employment guidance services and ideological and political education.
