红色文化资源在思政课实践教学中的育人机理由育人基础、育人本质和育人指归三方面构成.育人基础在于对红色文化资源所呈现的知识信息的精确理解和对其所蕴含的价值追求的恰当把握;育人本质见于发挥教师主导作用,引领学生通过多样的实践活动体悟红色文化资源,厚植对中国共产党和中国特色社会主义的政治认同、思想认同、理论认同和情感认同;育人指归则是持续推进"三教"改革,践行"三全"育人理念,以红色文化资源为媒介,通过实践教学有效地让思政小课堂与社会大课堂协同育人,使学生在理解和认同的基础上砥砺传承红色文化,将思想自觉转化为行动自觉.
The Educational Mechanism of Red Culture Resources in the Practical Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses
The educational mechanism of red culture resources in practical teaching of ideological and political courses consists of three aspects:educa-tional foundation,educational essence and educational direction.The foundation of education lies in a precise understanding of the knowledge and infor-mation presented by red culture resources and an appropriate grasp of the value pursuit they contain.The essence of education lies in giving play to the leading role of teachers,leading students to understand red culture resources through various practical activities,and cultivating political,ideological,theoretical and emotional identities of the CPC and socialism with Chinese characteristics.The guiding principle of education is to continuously promote the reform of the"three educations",practice the"three-whole"education concept,use red culture resources as a medium,and effectively coordinate the small classroom of ideological and political courses with the large classroom of society through practical teaching.Therefore,students can forge and inherit red culture on the basis of understanding and identification,and transform ideological consciousness into action consciousness.
