Reflections and Practices of Vocational Colleges in Building a Highland of Probity Culture
Building a highland of probity culture in the new era is an important guarantee and obligation for vocational colleges to deepen the compre-hensive and strict governance of the Party,implement the fundamental task of moral education and achieve high-quality development.At present,there are still problems in the construction of probity culture in vocational colleges,such as insufficient joint efforts,simplistic generalization and low quality and efficiency.To break through the problem and create a highland,efforts should be made from three dimensions:strength integration,con-notation construction and brand cultivation.Efforts should be made to promote the transformation of construction work from"individual com-bat"to"collaborative efforts",from"general and comprehensive"to"in-depth and detailed",and from"anti-corruption base"to"brand highland".Based on the above thinking,in recent years,Huzhou Vocational and Technological College has adhered to a high positioning layout,high adaptability polishing connotation and high standard brand cultivation,actively exploring practical paths for the construction of probity culture,and continuously promoting the deepening and implementation of construction work.
