涉农高职服务"一核一带一区"农业产业发展探索——以K职业学院为例

摘要
"一核一带一区"倡议的提出,对广东涉农高职服务区域农业产业发展提出了新要求,即传统涉农学科需要"提质升级"、传统涉农专业需要"扩面延伸"、传统涉农教学模式需要"根本转变".为此,K职业学院应该优化专业结构,培养"一核一带一区"乡村振兴急需人才;优化人才培养方案,匹配"一核一带一区"乡村人才所需知识结构;优化创新创业教育,提升学生回乡创业所需技能;瞄准乡村振兴重点人群,提升学历教育;发挥资源优势,优化各级各类培训供给;促进政校联动,共建乡村促发展,培养定制化人才;开展多元化考核评价,确保人才培养质量,不断探索服务"一核一带一区"农业产业发展的新路径.
Abstract
The proposal of"one core,one belt,one zone"initiative has put forward new requirements for the development of agricultural industry in Guangdong's agricultural vocational education service areas,namely,the traditional agricultural disciplines need to be"upgraded",the traditional agri-cultural majors need to be"expanded and extended",and the traditional agricultural teaching mode needs to be"fundamentally transformed".There-fore,K Vocational College should optimize its professional structure and cultivate urgently needed talents for rural revitalization in the"one core,one belt,one zone"region;optimize talent training programs and match the knowledge structure required for rural talents in the"one core,one belt,one zone"initiative;optimize innovation and entrepreneurship education to enhance the skills required for students to return to their hometowns and start businesses;targeting key groups in rural revitalization and enhancing academic education;utilize resource advantages and optimize the supply of training at all levels and types;promote the linkage between politics and schools,jointly build rural areas to promote development and cul-tivate customized talents;carry out diversified assessment and evaluation to ensure the quality of talent cultivation,continuously explore new paths to serve the development of the"one core,one belt,one zone"agricultural industry.
