The Current Situation,Influencing Factors and Improvement Strategies of Professional Capital of Rural Teachers——Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example
Under the background of The New Era Basic Education Teacher Enhancement Plan(hereinafter referred to as Teachers Enhancement Plan),it is urgent to cultivate a high quality,professional and innovative team of primary and secondary school teachers.In order to discover the current status of profes-sional capital of rural teachers,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 1 200 full-time rural teachers in Zhejiang Province,and in-depth interviews were conducted on 20 rural teachers.Research has found that the internal structure of professional capital of rural teachers is not balanced,and their social capital and decision-making capital need to be improved.This is the result of the comprehensive cross influence of multiple internal and external factors,including the independent development awareness of rural teachers,rural students,the internal environment of schools,rural social and cul-tural environment and policies.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the structure of teaching staff and improve the human capital of rural teachers,enhance effective cooperation and enhance the social capital of rural teachers,promote reflective decision-making and enhance the decision-making capital of rural teachers,strengthening cultural guidance,consolidating the psychological capital of rural teachers,in order to enhance the smooth im-plementation of theTeachers Enhancement Plan.
