Under the background of digital culture and tourism integration,various digital technologies are showing a trend of replacing the function of tour guides.In the face of the development trend of the times,the study takes"the ability to create tour guide speech"as the re-search object,takes Wanlv Lake scenic area in Heyuan City as a case study,combines the characteristics of digital culture and tourism inte-gration,and proposes a path to improve the skills of creating tour guide speech according to the scoring rules of tour guide skills competitions and industry talent demand trends.The article innovatively designs the"nine grid model"and"coding puzzle method",divides the structure of tour guide speech into nine parts,and encodes and classifies the writing materials,in order to provide a"framed"template for creating tour guide speech and help cultivate key abilities of tour guide talents.
