Dual Layer Fault Recovery Strategy for Active Distribution Network Considering Demand Side Resources
In view of the time-varying nature of demand side resources in distribution networks and the mutual influence between dynamic repair re-sources and fault recovery processes,a dual layer fault recovery strategy for active distribution network considering demand side resources is proposed. The upper layer model of this strategy constructs a network topology with stronger transformation capabilities to maximize protection and restore im-portant power loss loads. The lower layer model constructs an emergency power supply vehicle dispatching scheme that minimizes power loss. The dual layer model is solved by improving the genetic algorithm, introducing the elite retention strategy and adaptive operator to enhance the algorithm's optimization ability.Through case analysis and method verification of the modified IEEE33 distribution network node system,a comprehensive fault recovery strategy that effectively achieves full load recovery and phased reduction of economic losses is obtained.
