The Returning,Remodeling and Utilizing of Rural Elite Resources Under the Background of Common Prosperity——Takinge Nanxun District of Huzhou City as an Example
The construction of a demonstration zone for common prosperity through high quality development is an important mission and po-litical task of Zhejiang Province.Nanxun district of Huzhou city has achieved remarkable results in developing and utilizing rural elite re-sources to promote common prosperity,becoming a typical model for building common prosperity in Zhejiang and even across the country.Starting from the reality of promoting common prosperity,following the logical path of"returning-remodeling-utilizing",Nanxun district has built an organic connection between the resources of rural elite resources and common prosperity;attracted rural elite resources to return through media and behaviors such as regional culture,identity recognition,and social identity;remodeled the rural elite resources according to the re-quirements of ensuring their red background color,the three primary colors of"virtue,talent and heart"and green coordination and sustainability.Therefore,the rural elite resources will be more in line with the development practice of common prosperity,which can promote the high quality development and construction of a demonstration zone for common prosperity in Zhejiang.
