高职院校教师党支部多向融合育人研究与实践——以湖州职业技术学院全国样板支部建设为例

摘要
湖州职业技术学院(以下简称湖州职院)智能制造与电梯学院教工第二党支部以"红色工匠"培育为出发点,重新审视高职院校教师样板支部培育的基本逻辑,以打造"四型"支部为抓手,融合思政教育,提升党支部政治领导力;融合专业教育,提升党支部发展推动力;融合实践教育,提升党支部思想凝聚力,形成了多向融合的立体化育人路径.党支部的品牌建设取得了显著成效,在推动人才培养、专业建设、科学研究、服务地方等方面持续发力,为全国样板支部建设提供了典型的案例.
Abstract
The second Party branch in the School of Intelligent Manufacturing and Elevator Mechanics of Huzhou Vocational and Technological College takes the cultivation of"red craftsmen"as the starting point,re-examines the basic logic of cultivating model branches for vocational college teachers,takes the creation of"four types"Party branch as the key,integrates ideological and political education and enhances the political leadership of the Par-ty branch.Meanwhile,it integrates professional education to enhance the driving force for the development of the Party branch,integrates practical education to enhance the ideological cohesion of the Party branch,which forms a multi-direction integrated education path.The brand building of the Party branch has achieved significant results,continuously making efforts in promoting talent cultivation,professional development,scientific re-search,local services and providing typical cases for the construction of national model Party branches.
