摘要

随着信息技术的不断发展,图书馆职能日益拓宽,这给高校图书馆带来了良好的发展机遇,也让其面临诸多全新的挑战.尤其是新媒体时代的到来,显著改变了人们的阅读方式,作为阅读推广的重要阵地,高校图书馆必须积极更新观念,采取有效措施,才能有效应对师生对阅读的全新要求.为此,有必要从阅读转型的视角出发,培育图书馆新媒体阅读推广人.通过分析传统阅读推广人与新媒体阅读推广人之间的差异,探讨培育新媒体阅读推广人的意义,以及阅读转型下,高校图书馆对新媒体阅读推广人的能力要求,进而提出应构建完善的人才培养制度,加大阅读推广人良好形象塑造力度等培育策略,以期更好助力阅读转型下的高校图书馆新媒体阅读推广工作.

Abstract

With the continuous development of information technology,the functions of libraries are expanding,which not only brings good develop-ment opportunities to academic libraries,but also poses many new challenges.Especially with the advent of the new media era,people's reading habits have significantly changed.As an important front for promoting reading,academic libraries must actively update their concepts and take effective measures to effectively meet the new reading demands of teachers and students.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate new media reading promoters in libraries from the perspective of reading transformation.By analyzing the differences between traditional and new media reading promoters,this paper explores the significance of cultivating new media reading promoters,as well as the ability requirements of academic libraries for new media reading promoters from the reading transformation.It proposes to build a sound talent training system,intensify efforts to shape positive image for reading promoters and so on,to better assist the new media reading promotion work of academic libraries from the reading transformation.
