高职教师数据驱动教学决策研究与实践——以桥梁工程课程为例

数据作为一种新型生产要素,正在对人类的生产和生活方式产生深远影响.随着大数据和人工智能技术在教育领域的不断深入应用,数据驱动为高职院校教师提供科学合理的教学决策依据,有助于提高高职院校教育教学质量.基于数据驱动决策、教育评价和教师专业发展等理论,构建数据驱动教学决策框架,从课前、课中、课后完备的教学流程角度探究数据驱动教学决策实践,聚焦教师的各种决策情境,开发了一套具有实践指导意义的"教学决策数据采集及分析系统".并以桥梁工程课程为例进行实践应用,证明所构建的数据驱动教学决策框架及系统是可用的、有效的,为高职院校教师提供了具体、可操作的实施步骤和方法.
Research and Practice on Data-driven Teaching Decision Making for Vocational College Teachers——Taking Bridge Engineering Course as an Example
Data,as a new type of production factor,is having a profound impact on human production and lifestyle.With the continuous deepening ap-plication of big data and artificial intelligence technology in the field of education,data-driven approaches provide scientific and reasonable teaching de-cision making basis for vocational college teachers,which helps to improve the quality of vocational college education and teaching.Based on theories such as data-driven decision making,educational evaluation and teacher professional development,a data-driven teaching decision making framework was constructed.From the perspective of a complete teaching process before,during and after class,the practice of data-driven teaching decision making was explored,focusing on various decision making contexts of teachers.A practical guidance"teaching decision data collection and a-nalysis system"was developed.Taking bridge engineering course as an example for practical application,it has been proven that the data-driven teaching decision making framework and system constructed are usable and effective,providing specific and operable implementation steps and methods for vocational college teachers.
