职业院校教师教学数字化转型:动因、困境与进路

教师是职业教育高质量发展的中坚力量,是实现职业教育数字化转型的关键因素.职业院校教师教学数字化转型之动因既有外因也有内因,外因主要有企业数字化、职业教育数字化、学校管理数字化、学生成长数字化等,内因则有教师属性特征、数字态度、效能感和职业规划等.教师数字化转型的困境主要有数字技术、数字知识和数字能力三个方面.为此,教师数字化转型之进路,应以技术支持为基础保障、知识构建为重要环节、能力提升为关键目标.
The Digital Transformation of Vocational College Teachers'Teaching:Motivation,Challenges and Pathways
Teachers are the backbone of high quality development of vocational education and a key factor in achieving digital transformation of vocational education.The motivation for the digital transformation of vocational college teachers'teaching include both external and internal factors.The external factors mainly include digitalization of enterprises,digitalization of vocational education,digitalization of school management,digitalization of student growth,etc.The internal factors include teacher attribute characteristics,digital attitudes,sense of efficacy and career plan-ning.The challenges of digital transformation of teachers mainly include three aspects:digital technology,digital knowledge and digital abilities.Therefore,the pathways of digital transformation of teachers should be based on technical support as the fundamental guarantee,knowledge construc-tion as an important link,and ability enhancement as a key goal.
